Alongside his academic and creative work, Bradford leads community initiatives that bring the craft of digital narrative to people who rarely get to tell their own stories. These projects have reached young offenders, children in care, BIPoC writers, people with dementia, and at-risk teens — work that runs from 2017 to the present.

With Rising Voices participants
A long-running series of projects using interactive digital narrative as a tool for engagement with marginalised communities. Participants — including young offenders, children in care, and at-risk teens — become the authors of their own stories, developing voice, agency and digital skills in the process.
